Our pocket WiFi was waiting for us when we arrived in Japan and work flawlessly throughout our whole trip.

Very reliable

I rented a SIM card online before flying to Japan and picked it up at the post office at Narita airport. All was great. The only improvement suggestion I have is to include an instruction on what to do when leaving the country (ie to discard the SIM card and put your original s card back in).

Worked as intended, never had any issues with connectivity. It came with a power pack which didn't work but any savvy traveler should know to always have one so it was not an issue

If your travelling anywhere in Japan this is a must have. It worked flawlessly and it's very easy to use and it's small and fits in any pocket. Its a life saver to always have internet so you can use GPS, translation devices, or just browsing the internet. It lasted well over 8 hours of continuous use and even comes with a mobile battery to charge it with for basically double the battery life. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone from out of country, when your phone has no service.

Great reception, great service

I had the premium wifi for 2 weeks while in Tokyo and I couldn’t be happier! It worked perfectly the whole time everywhere we went and getting the wifi + returning it was so easy. I really appreciated having clear directions where to find the post office at Narita Airport. 10/10, I would definitely use again on my next trip!
