Everything is well organised en really good en fast wifi

Always easy and very convenient. Excellent service.

The whole process; from pick up to returning the pocket wifi is so easy. I will use their service again when I visit next year. Great customer service! Thank you so much for the excellent service!

I used in Hiroshima, that was very reliable experience!

Japan Wireless has been great every time I order a wifi. They deliver to my hotel before I arrive, the pocket wifi has always been reliable and lasts a full day, and they make it very easy to return. Great company!

I didn’t get to use it because i missed the pickup window, but they fully refunded me since I didn’t use the device. It’s a great service.

Wifi is impressive and was surprised has power bank too

No issues at all. Worked flawlessly. Return was very convenient at Haneda airport!

Perfect and reliable connection for my family! Recommend 100 percent! Will be using Japan wireless in the future!

I have used you pocket wi-fi service on several occasions and have been extremely pleased with the service. I did give it 5 stars, but must admit that the battery life for the pocket wi-fi this time was not as long as previous uses. I would need to recharge more frequently.
