Japan has very limited free WiFi services compared to other regions or big cities. This is a must if you want to be online during your stay. Customer service is immediate and receiving and dropping back the unit is very easy.

Ordered prior to arriving in Japan. Was waiting for us at check in at our hotel.
Simple to use with multiple devices, good coverage and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.
Pre paid return envelope was easy to drop off at airport when leaving the country.

Highly recommend for trip to Japan. Hotel pickup and mail drop off very convenient

excellent

Worked great throughout Japan. Thank you Japan-wireless!

We used our Japan Wireless on a recent trip to Tokyo/Kyoto. The complete service they offer is amazing and great value for money. The instructions on pickup and return are very clear, and the package comes with absolutely everything you need. The modem performed flawlessly and having constant fast connectivity made our time in Japan so much easier as we used Goggle Maps and Translate quite a lot! I also had to do some work on occasion during our trip and as an audio professional, I had to upload a gang of files while travelling. The modem handled it all with no problems. When I come back to Japan, I will definitely use this service again.

Great way to travel and stay connected. Incredibly easy service from order to activation to return. Would definitely recommend this service!
