I wasn't able to get to Japan due to a typhoon that caused my flight to be canceled. Japan Wireless was very kind throughout the communication process when I needed to cancel the order. I would order from them again in the future because of this.

Friends have recommended this product and it was perfect for the the two of us at one time. Pick up was quick and easy.

use Japan wireless for all my trips there!

It worked perfectly!

Whole process was seamless. Was ready for collection when we checked in to our hotel, worked very well for our trip and return via the enclosed envelope was simple as well. Would recommend getting the spare battery if planning longer days out and about.

Absolutely fantastic

Highly recommended price wise and service

I had a small set up issue initially but just reset the router. Overall it worked great and was easy to use and held a charge throughout the day.

Delivery was prompt and precise
Handling was excellent, coverage was really great.
Battery pack supplied was really a great add on
Truly amazed with the speeds and reliability thank you so much .
