This pocket wifi was a great use. I wouldn't have been able to get by in Japan without it. It always had a great signal and handle all the devices i had connected to it without a problem. If you're looking for a pocket wifi stop and get this one.

Worked great, no issues other than battery life but came with a good backup battery that I also used to charge my phone when needed.

On time delivery to my accomodation, stable speed.

Perfect reception, also in more remote areas. Good battery for a full day, even while binging some Netflix series and films.

Muy buen servicio. Nuestro vuelo se retrasó y no llegamos a tiempo para recogerlo en el aeropuerto y fueron muy amables al concertarnos otro sitio dentro de Tokyo para recogerlo.

Many operators in Europe have famously expensive prices, if you use your cellular phone in Japan. For the first time in my life decided to obtain a pocket wi-fi. There were a few companies you could choose from, but after some research (reading reviews and such) decided to go with Japan Wireless. A bit expensive for one week trip, but all worth the money. The pick up from Narita airport post office, extra-battery, detailed instructions (device is easy enough to use anyway) and leaving the device in a ready envelope to any mailbox was literally effortless. The only slight minus was the device getting a bit warm (almost hot at times) in my handbag, which was a bit worrying. The battery got empty pretty fast (not convinced it was '10 hours continuous use' as promised), but I was using the device a lot, probably more than the 10 hours at a time! The extra-battery (power bank) saved all the times power was running low. Strongly recommend this product, if you want to check things online and/or stay in touch with somebody in your home-country!

It worked perfectly the whole time! Easy to use and easy to carry with you.

Many options for pick up, simple to return at the airport by post, reliable, good for 4 people using it at the same time. Only gripe was battery life but that was probably due to it being overworked.

This is the perfect internet solution when traveling.

Very easy to pick up at the airport and they've already included a 10000mAh battery pack. Out of the 10 days that I was in japan, I went to Tokyo, took the shinkansen to Kyoto and Nagoya, the wifi always worked except on the train. The return was simple with the pre-paid envelope.
