This was a very convenient and reliable pocket WiFi. I would definitely use it again in the future during business travel.

I took this wifi with me over the Kansai region, and it didn't disappoint. Connectivity was constant. The battery never died, despite moderate use. I would recommend Japan Wireless!

Highly recommended when going to japan. Easy pickup and drop off. Would use again.

Waited till after my trip to write. Pick up was easy (at my hotel). Price is awesome!! I highly recommend this product and company. Great experience. A++++++++

First time to use this product & was fully satisfied by its ease & reliability in internet connection.

I would highly recommend this service. The box we ordered was delivered to our hotel prior to our arrival, where we picked it up from at the hotel reception. The signal over the City of Tokyo and on the outskirts of the city were excellent. I would definitely recommend Japan Wireless to anyone who is looking for hassle free internet use when visiting Japan. The wireless box was connected to at least 4 appliances constantly with no issues. Big thumbs up

Connection is consistent. Also appreciate the consideration to change delivery venue.

Always connected, battery lasted all day (if switched off when not needed, maybe 8 hrs continuously). Fits in your pocket easily. Reasonable value

Fantastic product. You have internet every where!

The SIM card was delivered to my hotel, so it was there when I arrived in Tokyo. I plugged it into my iPhone switched it on and it worked straight away. Great for google maps, WhatsApp home to the kids and grandkids and internet. It even worked on the cruise ship at sea. Excellent service and it exceeded my expectations.
