Website is very easy and straightforward to purchase. Pocket wifi worked great and connectivity was super fast. Very easy to return.

Device was very easy to order and pick up, service was great throughout our trip. Highly recommend!

I purchased an esim while traveling for a week in Japan and it was great. I had perfect service in Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka and had no issues whatsoever. I highly recommend Japan Wireless if you need an esim while traveling in Japan.

Great service. Ordered and received the package on the requested date. Simple and easy.

So helpful! Would recommend to family and friends if their smartphones are locked and would do the pocket WiFi route

Best pocket Wi-Fi in all of Japan. We used it to connect 5 devices the entire 2 weeks. We were traveling the country and never had a problem.

The delivery service was fast and very thoughtful. Thank you very much.

Worked very well, very happy with the service

Family of four with two young kids are using this product for about 8 days in Tokyo, excellent coverage, never run out of data and battery during the day. Very organized process and procedure to collect and drop back before you leave Japan in the airport. Great item to choose if you are traveling with a group, as it is shareable to everyone in your group.

Had 3 devices and aside from the fact one if them would not recharge using the provided backup battery it was flawless. Suggest you check this before departing the counter.
