It was convenient and strong enough to serve phones in separate hotel rooms. It needed to be refreshed or charged often. It was easy to pick up and return. It was a great addition to our journey.

Very easy to order, the delivery was seamless to hotel we were staying at. The device worked well throughout Japan with at least 6 devices hooked up most times.
Would recommend.

Easy to use, had a back up battery pack, price is affordable and we picked up from the office in Ueno. Made our lives so much easier travelling through Japan!!

Very fast Wifi. Did not have any problems with signal dropping at all. The free battery that came with it was great!

On time delivery.
Whole Japan working.
Fait price

Equals = JAPAN WIRELESS

thank you

Great WiFi! Worked everywhere we went! I highly recommend this product.

Everything delivered and worked as promised. Great facility. Pity there isn't a similar facility in all other countries!

I loved how easy Japan Wireless made this. I hopped online, put in an express order, and received my wifi to my door that same day. My husband and I were both able to connect our phones for 10 days, which was more affordable and faster than if we had gotten sim cards. Then I just dropped it in the mail and we were done!

Had some issue with the function, but your customer support was very helpful.
Thank you!

I compared a number of SIM card options and Japan Wireless was the best balance of data and cost - 500 mb/day was more than sufficient and super fast everywhere I went (I went to Hokkaido on this trip to more remote onsen and had no issues, even through the mountains).

The APN set up instructions were clear and it was at my hotel waiting for me when I arrived. If you're worried about not having data when trying to get to your hotel from the airport, I would recommend download the offline map and / Google Translate and still going with Japan Wireless to save an extra ~$20
