Really the best choice if you need to travel in japan. Top connection in every moment and in every place

Great service and always connected and online . Thank you

Works perfectly! It os very useful! O trully recomend!

Reserved a pocket Wifi through Japan Wireless last minute, a day before our trip to Tokyo. Arranged for delivery to hotel that we stayed.
Upon check-in, package was given to us by hotel and package contained all that was mentioned.
Pocket Wifi was excellent and it really helped us moving around as we were very dependent on Google Map for location and planning of trips.
Connectivity was seamless and was smoothly throughout. We were connected all the time and could make calls and not to mention social media connectivity. :)
Highly recommended and will definitely use this again on our next trip to Japan.
Thank you sooooooo much!!!!!

This device was my lifesaver while traveling across Japan, good price and battery lasted all day even while tethered using mapping software. Was waiting at the hotel when I arrived, dropped in the mail at the airport when I left. Highly recommend!

I rented my pocket wifi from Japan Wireless and it was a very easy, flawless process. Ordered and paid online, package was waiting for me at the airport in Tokyo and it performed flawlessly during my trip in Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, and Nara. When my trip was over, I just put the pocket wifi in the envelope they provided and dropped it off at the mailbox at my departing airport. Easy and simple. Highly recommended!

I had this sent to my hotel in Fukuoka. No problem receiving and easy to mail back. Ordered a little over a week prior to arriving and there was a discount too. I had no problem with service even in some rural areas of the prefecture. It gets hot so I kept it on the outside pocket of my bag away from my body. Multiple people could join from my tour if they were in range.

The Japan Wireless modem and the back up battery pack worked faultlessly and were invaluable
