I'm a third-time returning Japan Wireless customer and the service has been stellar each time, no matter if the pickup and drop-off was at Haneda or Narita. The signal was often reliable and strong even when other options like eSIMs were faltering, and as someone who travels for work and leisure in Japan I can 100% recommend getting your internet with Japan Wireless.

Had a very good experience using the Wi-Fi, with good signal everywhere we go. It has a complete package and even with powerbank when the battery is almost out.

We spent days travelling in the countryside of Japan and we never lost connection.
It was supereasy to pick,give back and install.
Will use it again in the next trip!

Amazing service and easy to use and never had any issues

First, when I ordered the wrong package, they quickly cancelled the order and refunded the money immediately, so that I could make another order.
Also, during the delivery, there was a misunderstanding with the hotel and Japan Wireless cleared it and sent the SIM card again. When it turned out, that the card wasn't compatible with my device, they wete willing to change the order to a pocket Wifi and delivered the device immediately. Such an accommodating and helpful service! Always again! Thank you very much for your patience and quick help!
