The have a great services. Great price. They are truly unlimited even you use a lot. One time my device had a problem, they ship a new one to me and arrive the next day. Whenever we need support, they are happy to help. One of the best companies I ever seen.

We rented a wifi for 2 weeks while in Japan and it was the best thing we did. We had uninterrupted and unlimited wifi the whole time. This was great for sorting out transportation on the fly!! Picking up and dropping off was simple and quick. I recommend going with Japan Wireless.

The wireless unit worked perfectly in cities and in rural areas. It was fast and easy to set up and use. The unit was waiting for me at my hotel upon arrival. Five stars!

Easy pickup and returns at airport post offices. Double check the terminal you’re flying into at Narita, because it’s a pain to go from 1 to 2. Worked flawlessly for my Japan trip, an invaluable asset to my trip. Complimentary battery bank was a good plus.
