We used it for a 9 day travel tour through Tokyo, kyoto, Osaka and never had a problem with coverage. Funny story. One day Our family split up to tour different parts of a street fair. My daughter quickly and decidedly announces “I am going with Dad...” (I gleefully think “great she wants to spent the day with me! Then she adds) ....”He has the internet hot spot!”

The pocket wifi was so handy. Whenever we left the Hotel we turned on the Wifi and both my wife and I could hookup our IPad and Phone at the same time. Great service. The battery was good for about 5 hours than we would plug it into the spare battery pack provided.

Japan wireless was the best investment in our trip. Always connected, never failed, easy communication, easy to pick up and return. Definitely recommended.

We were so impressed with this tool that allowed us to have access to internet nonstop at any point we were visiting, including up on Mount Koyasan when in the Kansai region. Although most spots in Japan have free wi-fi available, we highly recommend renting a portable wi-fi like this gadget because of the flexibility it offers in areas where you may not have wi-fi readily available (i.e. if you're in transit or trying to find places, it's so useful to have the ability to connect to the internet any time you want!) The tool was easy to use, and we really appreciated having the portable charger with us as well! We look forward to reserving this again upon our return to Japan!

Really convenient collection and drop-off at the airport, easy to set up and great connection for our whole trip. Non-stop access to Google Maps was exactly what we needed!

I appreciate the ease of this product. Having it delivered to our hotel and a return envelope makes it efficient and simple to get started and to return.

I used Premium Wifi for 3 times and definitely will use it next time I will come in Japan. Very easy to use, it was stable, fast and definitely unlimited. Very easy to take it in airports and drop in any post-box in the city. Thank you so much!

We used our pocket wifi everyday. It worked well everywhere we went and we did not have any issues. We used the hotel drop off and was there when we checked in and I got the hotel to mail it back. I would recommend this to anyone travelling in Japan

excellent wifi modem works perfectly all over Japan the battery lasts about 20 hours 10 devices can be connected without problems I recommend it for those who have to stay in japan a few days
