Very useful and great support.
It also let me Stream on Twitch with no major issues

First time user of japan-wireless (it was recommended by my friend), it does not disappoint. Wireless modem is at the hotel waiting for us at 7am. Internal battery can last for a day, and they even provide a usb battery bank just in case. Drop off is smooth too, the instructions for finding Post office box in Airport is very clear. Thanks.

Very convenient when in need to connect more than one device. Easy to retrieve and deliver back.

Used the wifi hotspot for 15 days.
We traveled all over Japan with no connection issues. Will order again on our return trip.

Flawless, cheap and handy unlimited WIFI coverage, pick-up at the airport of choice and easy return at any post office / box (available at airport) in a pre-delivered envelope.
Thank you, Japan Wireless.

It was nice in overall due to the always reliable signal.
But there was a slight problem at the first days due to the sim card was not locked when given, hence loss of signals happened a few times until i checked what's wrong inside it and finding the problem, then finally locking the sim card and fully enjoying the business pocket wifi.

Worked well. Included back up charger battery was appreciated.

It was easy to pick up after our 14 hour flight. It worked our entire trip without any issues. Definitely recommend.

+Reliable and fast connection , fast delivery, convenient pick-up and dropping. the extra power bank made it easier for me to continue my traveling without the need to worry about finding a charging port.

-Very hard to navigate the interface since you can't change the language from Japanese.

Todo ha ido genial. Muy fácil de utilizar.
