I ordered the product 2 days before the start date and it arrived on time and direct to the hotel! It was really convenient and the really efficient. Also it was really easy to return it at any post office. 100% Recommended

In Japan you definitely need google maps or Rome to Rio in order to find the way to your destination and you need it every day and every where. We have used Japan Wireless and we had no problem to stay online the whole day. So we definitely can recommend it. For parents it is also a good way how to keep your kids near by as they also want to stay connected :)

osaka had good reception. wished it was more faster though.

The pick up at the airport was without any problem. Usage very easy, all information provided in the envelope. Connection was always perfect, and no trouble at all! Perfect that a power bank is provided. Also the return was very easy, just dropped it into a post box at the airport. Loved that I always got emails as an confirmation, as the device arrived at the airport for pick up and also as it returned.
Will use it again if I come back to Japan! Strongly recommend!

This is really a must for everyone who plans to visit Japan! Great coverage, great packaging, fast and easy deliver, really recommended!

Really easy to order - I hope the pick up and so on will work as well :)

Easy to purchase, easy to use and made traveling so much easier!

Awesome service and time

Spent 3 weeks in Japan travelling all over from the small cities to big ones and never had an issue with the connection with the SIM card. Would recomment Japan Wireless for their service and price

This was a great device to carry around Japan. I never lost the signal regardless of where I was. The battery life is decent, but it helps to carry an extra battery pack to charge just in case. I will definitely rent one again the next time I’m in japan.
