This product was very dependable. My husband and I was very happy and contented using this. We weren’t ran out of wifi while having this. The only downside was we have to stay together since if one of us was away from it we won’t have a wifi since we only had one wifi.

Your service is great! I love it! It helps me a lot when I am in Japan.

Great product, worked great.

Everything was perfect, it arrived at the hotel in perfect time, worked very well, easy way to give it back. Great.

Great experience. Excellent support and service.

Fantastic device, strong network coverage,we took it all over japan with us and never lost the signal once.
The range is very good too. We had 5 devices streaming upstairs and downstairs and it handled them all.

The whole process from renting to pick up, daily operation and returning is so efficient. This device provided me with unlimited data usage at 150+ Mbps speed. It served me well during my recent trip to Tokyo

Service and quality excellent

Very handy. Good connectivity.

My carrier Verizon only offered 0.5 gb high speed data on the international plan in Japan for $10 a day. This was super affordable (I think half the price). I had it delivered to my hotel. It was there when I arrived. It was reliable — I think I had signal at every place except a restaurant that was underground. The battery lasted about 5 hours. We had two devices hooked up to it. I used the spare battery to charge and it was great. The device itself is very light and about the size of a small cell phone. When I left, I put it in the envelope and gave it to the hotel to put in mail. Very easy. I highly recommend!
