Exactly as advertised and they sent it to the hotel so it was there when we arrived. Good for multi people family use. Not so good when we split for the day!!

We rented this wifi from Japan Wireless during 4 weeks. It worked perfect and we had no interuptions during this period. It was just perfect. It does what they promised.

Good and fast and reasonable prices

Perfect choice to stay connected during our 11 day trip. The package was waiting at the hotel. The included charger helped ensure there was enough battery to last the full day. There was no lost of connectivity between Kobe to Tokyo. Drop off at the airport mailbox was easy.

Very convenient, easy booking service, easy communication & easy return postage system. We accidentally forgot to return one part and Japan Wireless were very helpful with how to return & also advised when they had received it. Would definitely use again & highly recommend.

We could use internet without problems from Hokkaido to Tokio. It was been simple to use the device; we piked up and return it easely at the airport’s post office.

Super easy pick up and drop off process. Easy to connect your device to the wifi. The connection itself was stable, even on the ski fields and more remote areas. Comes with it's own charger, power bank and instruction manual. Highly recommended
