Wifi was very good. Good price. Battery pack did not keep its charge. Pick up at Haneda airport was very confusing, airport customer service sent us to other terminal to post office and we were jet lagged and exhausted. But once we found the wifi desk back at the original arrival terminal, service was very efficient. Returns very efficient. Will use Japan wireless again. Loved Japan!

This was my 2nd time rental of the mobile wifi. and yet again it did work perfectly! Was easy to order & use, and reliable equipment with reasonable cost. It's really useful without any disappointment!
I will definitely use this service again when I trip to my home country Japan.

Easy to order and pickup right in the airport terminal. Good size send signals are pretty hood for most of time! Easy to drop off to the mailbox right inside the airport before getting in fir immigration 。 Definitely recommend!
