I actually made a mistake on the address. The people in charge were kind enough to send it to the correct address after confirming it over email

Renting a premium WIFI is the way to go for the unlimited internet access while traveling in Japan. I have rented this product through Japan Wireless five or six times in the past. They provide the most reasonable price and the best customer service.

Japan Wireless completely saved our June 2019 trip to Tokyo. I forgot to order a WIFI prior to our trip, but I was able to order one online and it was delivered to our hotel that day. I am forever grateful. The WIFI worked well, except it seemed to get "hot." Other than that, I would definitely order WIFI units again from Japan Wireless.

Awesome, fast service.

A truly unrestricted provider that delivers what you promise on your website. For me, Japan Wireless gave me a solution so that I could work smoothly in Tokyo as a foreigner. I recommend it to everyone with a grateful heart!

This service is a life saver if you have foreign phone service. I was very happy with the speed, the battery life and the price. Thank you Japan wireless!

This product was exactly what I needed. It worked very efficiently. I liked that the return was so easy.

Mailed to my house and when I moved, I just dropped it off at the airport in the prepaid envelope. Service was always excellent! Will definitely get again when I come back to Japan.

I used this the last time I went to Japan. Very reasonable cost. It worked all around the country.

Good WIFI and exzellent support
