Japan Wireless is my first choice for renting a network device. They make it very convenient for travellers from the moment you order a product till the moment you depart from the airport. Further, the instructions are very clear. You only have to worry about charging the device, but that is on you ; )

The Japan Wireless is fairly priced and very convenient to order and return back. I would definitely recommend to people to who are travelling to Japan

Fast and friendly customer service

Works better than the other options for Internet. Definitely has it's limits, and will occasionally turn off or disconnect.

I appreciate this service very much! Friendly, helpful, low cost, high speed, no limit. Would use again. Thank you!

Very careful service. They even send me 2 packages when the first one got problem

Satisfied on the Product and Services by Japan Wireless.

Simple, reliable and convenient - service as well as product use. I recommend and would use their product and service, again.

Really reliable and highly recommend.

Overall strong wifi and good battery life. Occasionally it would mess up and not connect to devices but a quick restart would fix it.
