Very convenient having it delivered to our hotel. Drop off was fairly easy as well. I will continue to use Japan Wireless whenever I'm in the country

I ordered this online and paid for it. It was delivered to my hotel and was waiting for me in my room when I got to the hotel. Activation was easy and off I went. Reception was very good. I was in many places and had service 95% or more of the time. Sometimes 2 phones and 2 computers were attached to it. It showed just a small slow down but overall, I cannot complain at all for the service. If I go back to Japan, I will definitely use Japan Wireless again.

Super simple to order and my hotel were more than happy to accept the delivery. Thanks to the very clear instructions we were able to install the SIM card and had a good strong connection throughout our trip in Japan, no matter where we went.

Great system for pick up and drop off an great connection of multiple devices

Everything was done as required. We travel through Japan for two weeks and we never lost connexion with six phones. Take-off and drop-off were quiet easy. Excellent !

Excellent service, hassle-free, and quick response to support.

Japan Wireless pocket WiFi worked really well during our whole trip! I’ve rented from them for prior trips to Japan and it never lets me down. I’ll continue to rent from them for future trips because they’re so reliable!

Was able to pick up at location as agreed and dropped off at post box without incident. Device provided the connection at all visited locations.

Worked perfect, pick up was easy

Pas de problème ! Vraiment efficace partout dans le Japon. Très bonne autonomie ! Je recommande !
