The ease to pick up and coordinate with Japan-Wireless is 2nd to none.

The unit itself had intermittent internet, but was available most of the time.

Did exactly what it was meant to do, gave us a great Internet connection no matter where we were in Japan. Would definitely recommend!

Travelled around Kansai and Hyogo and this wifi worked great. Battery life was so long I never needed the battery pack. Easy pick up from the post office. Couldn't pick up from the airport because our flight came in too late, so it was really nice that we could pick it up in town. Thank you

I have used premium Wi-Fi from Japan wireless company and I had a wonderful 3 weeks throughout Japan thanks to this Wi-Fi device. It satisfied me in every way and I highly recommend it to everyone. I didn’t experience any trouble during these 3 weeks. Thank you Japan Wireless Company🙏🏼

If you are out all day, you need the powerbank.
Overall easy to use and good connectivity.

Last minute rushed order. Delivery quickly and product was great, helped us navigate through Tokyo much easier

Quick and easy process and reliable wifi router with good battery life. Rarely had any issues with battery and came with a portable battery just in case. Easy returns and pickup through post office in Narita.

Very useful we were connected everywhere.

I've used Ja[pan Wireless several times. Always great customer service, and excellent wifi.

Easy pick up and drop off. Made my first trip to Japan smooth sailing!
