Excellent signal. Ready at front desk when I arrived at hotel and simple return.

Best price easy to order love the free extras looking forward to my trip to Japan

Second time I've used the service, will use again!

We ordered 3 pocket wifis for 2 weeks and all were working well. It was very convenient to use because the wifis were sent to your hotel at the committed time, the packaging was secure, returning the items were easy because of easy-to-understand instructions. Overall would recommend!!

Very efficient and convenient, would recommend and use again.

I like it, it was helpful

Glad we chose to use this service. Although, our device had an issue on our 2nd day which we emailed to report, there was a replacement that was sent to our hotel on the same day. Great service! Thank you.

The Japan wireless is very convenient from the beginning of my trip up until to the last day. The booking was just easy. Getting the device was also fast. The internet speed did not have any problem at all. The response to the extension that I requested was also fast. Overall, it met my expectations and made my Japan trip experience convenient.
