We ordered the device to our hotel and it was available as soon as we got there. Basically no set up was needed, we could start using it straight away and we had no problems throughout our trip. The internet was fast and reliable.

Worked perfectly, a must in Japan for a great travel.

Necessity to find our way around Osaka. Really needed it to access Google maps. Thank you.

We got the premium WiFi egg and it was worth it! We stayed only in Tokyo so it was perfect and service was great! Highly recommend especially if you are staying in a city and with multiple people.

Had booked it a few day prior to going to japan but it arrived at my hotel earlier than me. I suggest you book it at least a week before so you can pick it up at the airport to help with navigation to your hotel as the airport pickup has slots/time alloted for pickup. Came with a pouch and a powerbank. The pocket wifi last for about 8-10 hoursband with the powerbank it can charge the pocket wifi 1.5 times so that pretty much covers the whole day. Among the cheapest I found and with promo codes even more so. Coverage was great since we went hiroshima, osaka, kyoto, nagoyo tokyo and didnt have a problem with connectivity.

From picking up from narita to returning it , excellent workflow.

Good service and worked well . Everything was perfect.

I was in Kyushu island for 2 weeks and it’s was a rural part of Kumamoto.
No problems accessing Wi-Fi at all. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend! I used the pocket wifi for 2 weeks with no issues. Wifi speed was great, simple/easy instructions for receiving and returning wifi.

Best and trouble free internet to travel in Japan, the signal was stable and 100% coverage.
