Great service. Was able to book pocket wifi last minute. Service was stable throughout our trip

On our recent trip to Japan we rented this pocket wifi. We arrived later in the evening and the company had it delivered to the hotel. We carried the little wifi in my purse and didn’t worry about roaming charges. In the delivery package there was a return envelope which we put the wifi back in and dropped it off to the mailbox in the airport. Could not be any easier. We also found the cost to be very reasonable.. cheap actually, for staying connected no matter where we were. Enjoy!

I debated using Verizon's International plan or getting Japan Wireless. It's a no brainer. Japan Wireless is a must have. This router was delivered to my first hotel. It was super simple to set up for our two phones. A backup battery & all the cables were included. We could not have explored Japan without this. Maps, translator, site information, calling home were all available 24/7 without any hitches. Return was simple too, as I slipped everything into a prepaid envelope and mailed it from my last hotel. I saved over $300 compared to alternatives. A definite do this when visiting Japan.

The booking was easy. Received the unit on time and at the right location. Returning was also easy at the Narita AP terminal 3. Instructions on locating the post box was accurate. Signal was strong during our stay and the battery lasted the whole day. I barely used the power bank.

This product worked very well for our trip!

The quality of the WiFi device was excellent. Long lasting battery, no issues connecting and staying connected, and 5 of us used the same device. Finding the booth at haneda airport was slightly difficult. Returning via mailbox was very easy.
