Rented 2 units of pocket wifi recently, and one suddenly lost internet connection. I called customer service and was guided by someone on what to do (had to reset the device, she talked me through it). Don’t throw away the paper containing your order details since the customer service number is listed there, the one for English-speaking customers. Easy to return too, just had to find a post box in the airport and drop it off before our flight home. Will definitely rent again when we return to Japan in the future.

I booked a pocket wifi online and made a request for the delivery to my hotel. It was there when i arrived at the hotel. It was fast and reliable.
