Shared between me and my wife as we were doing everything together. So we both had mobile internet coverage while retaining our original phone numbers. No problems with battery life. Lasts all day. Just charge it at night.

Service was supereffecient from beggining to end.The pocket wifi was fantastic, great signal,great battery life and with a battery booster too if needed.We used it constantly and it saved us a fortune on not having to use our own data .....unlimited on the device for a great price.I would highly recommend the service.
When we go back to Japan we will certainly use this service again.

Incredibly happy with the wireless WiFi! It was delivered to our hotel, it was easy to use with excellent reception. It saved us so much in daily roaming charges and the kids tablets also worked on it as well. We are very happy we went this route, I'd strongly recommend it for families/individuals traveling in Japan.

Rented the Japan wireless for 19 days. They even delivered the device to my hostel during the same day. Return via mailbox was also hassle free. Excellent wifi coverage in major cities and acceptable to some more remote areas. Definitely getting this when I return to Japan again.

Flawless experience and uninterrupted service. We were able to watch videos on our phone and navigate throughout the day. The battery span was long but it also came with battery pack just in case. Would highly recommend!

I was debating between an eSim or pocket wifi and I’m happy I went with pocket wifi. As a tourist, I was using my phone a lot so the battery drained quickly. Even if my phone died, the person I was traveling with was able to connect to the pocket wifi too so we were never lost. My partner went with an eSim and found that they didn’t always have internet. I traveled from Tokyo to Osaka and Kyoto and always had internet. I charged the pocket wifi every night and noticed that one charge would last my entire day. Pickup and drop off was very easy and the staff spoke English. Overall, great experience and I’ll continue to use Japan Wireless in the future!
