Easy and ready to use

Product was already at the hotel when we arrived. Very good internet speed. Dependable service

Great service and exceeded expectations. Will use again. Thanks.

Did not encounter any problems at all. Picking up and dropping of the items were easy. we just had a hard time connecting to the device. we asked the counter staff to help us but they dont speak english. Im still happy with the service.

It was necessary to have wireless connections in Japan, and Japan Wireless was easy to use. The equipment was clean, and the instructions were clear. I was able to pick them up in Narita (Tokyo) and drop them off at Kansai (Osaka). Just look for the red postal box, easily found on the terminal maps. The only thing that was confusing at first was finding the office in Tokyo to pick up the devices. There wasn't a clear or large sign that actually said "Japan Wireless," so I had to find the Starbuck's that my confirmation email mentioned and just guessed that the counter across the way was the pick-up location.

Pocket wifi was amazing, so easy to pick up and drop off

Totally recomended, we always have reception and could be comunicated

We had great Wi-Fi anywhere in Japan The process of getting the package and returning it was flawless. Us four adults always had enough bandwidth to comfortably surf the Internet and communicate back home. We highly recommend this company.

Totally recommends the WiFi service of Japan Wireless. I've been to Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, and Kyoto and the device works really well even while in Shinkansen. Thank you, Japan Wireless! Until next time!

Device was shipped innour hotel. Easy to leave at the airport. Convenient.
