Worked flawlessly everywhere we went

This worked flawlessly in all of Japan, even on Mount Fuji 😊

Pick up and drop off at the airport was easy as well. Highly recommended! Thank you for this service!

Good stable internet on the go. Device charge last for 12 hrs. Only the back up charger is not great quality.

Very easy to use, perfect handling (transfer to my Hotel and sent back via the Hotel´s concierge) - in short: for my next Japan travel I´ll choose you again.

Outstanding coverage; Outstanding instructions to setup and use; outstanding customer experience of receiving and mailing back; outstanding value for money.

While we were in Japan, having Internet access while on the go is a must. We can access maps to find how to get to places conveniently, find establishments we spontaneously thought of, and communicate via internet in regards to work and family. I would definitely get one everytime I am in the country.

I got it for my parents, who used it every day for two weeks. They found it to be excellent and the connection worked without any issues.

Easy to use, speed worked out great

I ordered a premium on the Saturday prior to my trip to Japan! It was waiting for us at our hotel on the Monday when we arrived! It was easy to use, good battery life and also great speeds across the whole country! Would highly recommend!
