The wireless pocket WiFi I rented in Japan was absolutely essential. It worked flawlessly the entire trip—fast, reliable, and consistently kept me connected no matter where I was or what time it was. From navigating cities to staying in touch and handling day-to-day needs, it never let me down. I honestly couldn’t have done the trip without it.

I used a Japan Wireless modem for my 5 week trip to Japan during the winter. From Tokyo to Hokkaido and down through central Japan to Osaka. It kept me connected in cities, towns, villages and hamlets, valleys and mountains without a hiccup.

The service was excellent, and the ease of pick up, use and return was very easy. Price was affordable and service throughout the country was great. Higley recommend to use when visiting Japan

It was so easy to use Japan Wireless on our recent visit to Tokyo. It was delivered to our hotel, waiting our arrival.

What an awesome little wifi. Was easy to order on line & waiting at my booked hotel to collect. Price was very reasonable & gave me plenty of internet needed. Everything included & so simple to use. Charge was excellent & lasted all day allowing me to charge up at night while I slept. Did not disappoint at all & completely recommend to everyone. To get this great product. I loved using it.

Very easy to order (I ordered from Switzerland) and it arrived right on time when we checked into the hotel! The device worked perfectly, the battery held its charge well, and it connected to the network without any issues. Returning it was simple—just drop it in a post office box at a 7-Eleven. I highly recommend it to any traveler heading to Japan!

Highly recommend for traveling around Japan if you're worried about internet connection. Easy pickup, easy return, and very consistent WiFi coverage on 5 devices our entire trip. Included power bank is very helpful as well.

We were very pleased with the pocket WiFi. We had 4 cell phones connected for 14 days and we never had an issue whatsoever. Very fast WiFi. Pickup and return was very simple. Will definitely use again!

Worked great, used it in Osaka/Kyoto/Tokyo.

Great service and coverage
