We are delighted with the service and the device provided. We recommend this agency.

Essential for travel in Japan. Almost continuous connectivity (only faltered in the deepest subways); long battery life. A fair price – and easy to get and use with hotel delivery and mail return!

I canceled the pick up after the schedule due to unexpected circumstances. However, I still get the full refund. The staff is very nice. Excellent customer service.

it's very nice and easy to use

The portable Wi-Fi was a perfect solution for our 2-weeks trip in Japan. Affordable and reliable. The device was sent to our hotel in time and was easy to use. Totally recommend.

worked perfectly for two weeks, simple to use and the battery lasted all day

We choose the 15 days sim, the service was great!
We found the sim (with the instructions) at our hotel as soon as we arrived and it was really helpful during our staying in Japan.
The sim worked very well, we could look at internet in any moment.
I'd reccomand it! Thnak you so much.
