Very good product.it is very easy to use and trouble free.

We booked a device for a multi-day vacation in Tokyo. Delivered to our hotel with simple instructions. Speed and connectivity were amazing and loved the convenient pouch to return the device at Haneda airport post-box on departure.

Very useful for my trip!

Simple, affordable and convenient process for getting mobile data while holidaying in Japan

The devices were easy to use and always had great internet connection. Pick up and return was also a breeze.

Easy to pick up and service quality was great. Even outside of the city.

Great product. This helped make my trip easy and smooth as I had internet connection when needed and it was fast. Would use this service again when I come back to Japan.

I have used Japan Wireless three times, and I am fully satisfied with the service.
