So easy to use, no hustle!

It was super easy to install, one of the cheapest options I’ve seen, and gave perfect coverage.

Renting this pocket WiFi was one of the best decisions we made for our trip to Japan. The device was compact, lightweight, and incredibly easy to use. Setup took just seconds, and we had fast, reliable internet throughout our entire journey—from bustling Osaka to rural countryside areas.

Battery life was excellent, lasting all day with moderate use, and charging was quick and convenient. It easily supported multiple devices at once, which was perfect for our group.

Customer service was also top-notch, with clear instructions and a smooth pickup and return process. This little device made navigating, translating, and staying connected so much easier. Highly recommended for any traveler in Japan!

Getting the Japan wireless pocket WiFi was best. It works any time any place in Japan.

Got the 14 day 5G unlimited, awesome value. Used it to navigate in a car for a few days, whilst playing music as well. A couple of spots where I had issues with Messenger of all things, and it would only work on wifi (whilst other sites seemed to be unaffected), but very happy with my purchase.

Rented pocket wifi during Japan trip, and the connection and device work great. No issues with connectivity and device had long battery life. Will use again for next trip. Thank you!

Amazing and reliable

Once we got in it all went really well, we did get support it was not straight away however it was quick enough.

Everything was smooth and as described. We had full coverage the whole time and with great speed. Router's battery was also in good shape since we barely used the included power-bank during the day.
Strongly recommended.

I arrived to hotel in Tokyo and I found the sim prepaid that waited me. Excellent!
