I needed WiFi service for my 10 day trip at our house in the countryside of Higashihiroshima. I was concerned that I wouldn't get a consistent signal since the house is in an isolated valley off the main highway but it was no problem. I had a strong, consistent signal for the entire trip. I was able to work and use all my productivity apps during the day, and in the afternoons/evenings I was able to stream without any buffering issues. The battery itself lasts a long time, I didn't even need to use the backup battery that they sent with it. Will definitely use this again for upcoming trips.

Rented the Pocket WiFi for a week while I was in Kyoto and surrounding areas and couldn’t be more pleased with it. I would definitely use this service again. I used mine from sun up to sun down and never had to use the included power bank that comes with it.

We were a group of four, so instead of buying 2 or more SIM cards we rented a router from Japan Wireless. It was the best choice. 54 euros for 4 people for 9 days with unlimited data. Excellent!!!

Il poket funziona bene ovunque, mai avuto un'assenza di linea e la batteria è sempre durata fino a sera. Utile in caso di necessità l'alimentatore ed il powerbank in dotazione.

We ordered our pocket wifi (Premium Wifi) from Japan Wireless since years. We were always very satisfied!
The pocket wifi itself last round about 11/12hours and if its not enough for you - you could plug in the included powerbank.
We have to thank Japan Wireless Japan for the great service in the last past years and we are looking forward for the next times!
