Great service! Our pocket Wi-Fi was ready for pick up at our hotel front desk as requested. The return was also so easy.

Love the WiFi device!!! The device was very useful during my stay in Japan.

Hired a device for 5 weeks in Japan, sadly the first one didn't take a charge, after 24hrs...phone call to help desk, English speaking assistant, very helpful, a brand new one was delivered overnight to us... easy to set up and always online

We didn’t have any loss of connectivity throughout our trip!

Very convenient and efficient. Delivered to my hotel as promised and easy to mail back.

First Class service. Ordered online in the uk and was waiting for me at Hotel Nikko. You don’t need to buy a SIM card as the wireless WiFi fits into your pocket. Thanks. Alan

Highly recommended when visiting Japan! Seemless online ordering and delivery to my hotel. Dropped off device at the post office was smooth. Wi-fi signal was strong and stable. I will utilize the service next time!

Easy pick up / drop off. Great connectivity. Saved me loads in telco roaming / call fees. Highly recommended.

I ordered this item at 5:00 PM and it was delivered to my hotel the next day at noon. This is a must have for anyone traveling in japan. The convenience in unmatched and price is fantastic. I will guaranteed use this service and product on my next visit to Japan.

I requested them to send the device to my hotel in Okinawa even before I arrived in Japan. They did so and there was good connectivity near OIST area and in Naha City.
