It was great using this WiFi from Japan Wireless. Very easy to use and convenient to get one from Japan Wireless. Japan Wireless delivered mines to the Post Office at the Tokyo Station. We disembarked in Japan on a cruise ship at Yokohama port and stayed in Japan for 7 days. Our first hotel in Tokyo was very strict about delivery, therefore I had it delivered to the post office at the Tokyo
Station. You’ll need one of these when going around in Japan. We had WiFi everywhere we went. Return was very convenient at the Narita Airport red postal box. Thank you Japan Wireless!

The flexibility and ease of use was fantastic. It is priced right and worked well everywhere we went even Mt. Fuji. Wouldn't go to Japan without having one.

This is a great way to access texts, emails & even to make payments online. It is also cheaper than paying for this access from my cellphone provider.

I also brought my husband’s cell phone as I expected calls from people who calls or texts me on his phone. I didn’t realize since I didn’t sign up for his phone with our cell phone provider, I got charged for each call as an international charge.

I recommend anyone to use this service. Thank you for also making it convenient to return the router & charger at the airport.

Japan Wireless was great! Our flight was delayed and we missed picking the device up at the airport. I emailed and they had the device at my hotel within several hours. The service was great and we connected six devices with no issues. Definitely recommend!
