Used this for about 2 weeks while I was waiting for internet to be setup in my apartment. Arrived relatively quickly to my address, and the return process was simple and straightforward. Internet speed was sufficient for some light video streaming and gaming, although speeds seemed to drastically throttle when multitasking which is expected for this kind of device.

It was quite easy to connect our two iPhones to the wireless Japan device. The connection continued to function perfectly during our trip through Japan. Thanks for this convenience.

Works every time, no actual problem, and battery lifes is almost infinite. 5 ⭐️

Based on reviews and comparissons to other wi-fi options, we decided to use pocket wi-fi. It worked great on our trip around Japan. Would recomend.

Très simple d’utilisation, très petit donc très facile à transporter, connexion impeccable, parfait!

Very useful, but we needed almost every day to connect the power bank

After installing the e-sim at Narita Airport (you need to be online, use the free Narita wi-fi) and configuring my iphone to use it for data access, I had ZERO problems with cellular access. Great coverage, great speed.

Please be sure to only activate the card *once you're in Japan*, don't do it overseas. I burned one esim this way.

The wifi box was already waiting for us when we arrived at the hotel and it worked perfectly during our whole trip through Japan. Returning it was also (made) very easy, so all in all very happy with it.

Very convenient, good connections, easy to us

Easy and efficient!
