One word , perfect.!!!
It exceed my expectation.
Excellent reliable Service. Highly recommend for anyone traveling in Japan
Our family of four spent two weeks exploring Japan, and the pocket wifi was perfect! We never lacked for coverage, and the battery life is amazing! Pickup and return was very simple with this company. Highly Recommend!
The product was there, waiting for us in the hotel. Easy to use, covered the 2 of us everywhere in Japan, better than any wifi hotel, even in remote places. To give it back, put everything in an envelope provided by Japan Wireless and posted it in a mail box outside my hotel before heading to the airport.
Pick up and drop off was very easy and convenient. WiFi was fast and reliable everywhere we went.
I had an amazing experience with Japan wireless. Easy order, easy pick up, easy delivery. The internet worked seamlessly at all times and the battery lasted all day long. I didn’t have to use the back up battery one single time. I’ll definitely be using this service again next time I visit Japan.
Seamless experience from purchasing, claiming, connecting up until returning. This is the best option for us with multiple devices connecting throughout our time in Japan.
Awesome service. Will definitely use your services again.
