I rented for 2.5 weeks. The pocket Wi-Fi was waiting for me at my hotel. It was easy to connect. 3 of us used it daily in our travels from Sapporo south to Fukuoka. We never had any problems. I highly recommend.

Used this wifi for around 3 weeks no issues at all battery life was great and was easy to use. worked great will be using it again the next time I go back to Japan!!

Everything was perfect!

Easy pick up at the airport, everything worked and had good wifi connection every day.

Easy to return at the airport as well through mail box.

We hired the pocket wifi for a 3-week trip. Picking it up at Haneda airport went without a hitch and we returned the device in the envelope provided for a postal return to the airport on the day of our return. The pocket wifi is an essential tool for travelling in Japan and it worked perfectly. A back-up battery is also provided.
We recommend Japan Wireless.

It was a great pocket wifi. I highly recommend it.

Had the mobile WiFi for 19 days and it was faultless throughout. Easy, quick pick up from Haneda airport and just as easy to return. Great value. I would highly recommend

Always use it - pick-up is always fast and return easy.

I used this pocket wifi during my last trip to Japan and it made whole trip much easier. The connection was very good and they provide all the necessary equipment to charge it on the go. They also deliver it straight to you hotel and you can drop it off at the airport before leaving. I highly recommend.
