This sim works everywhere I went, offers good speeds and good value.

I booked this pocket WiFi online and had it shipped to my hotel so I saved myself the hassle of getting at the airport. When I arrived it was there waiting for me. The WiFi worked great overall except the last two days it kind of stopped working. I don’t know if that’s because I booked it for a certain date and decided to extend my trip and didn’t notify the WiFi place. Other wise very good.

Compact and easy to use with no complications

The wireless service was excellent virtually everywhere we traveled. We had an issue with the charger and cord, but the wifi connectivity was great. Easy pickup at Haneda and easy return via Japan post.

I used Japan Wireless during my stay in Japan and I have to say I was very satisfied: I visited several locations between Tokyo, Hakone, Hakone and Osaka and never had any issues with the connection.
The device came with a complimentary powerbank, which helped extend the battery life, which I found very convenient.
Pickup and return of the device were extremely simple and hassle-free.
I'll recommend this service to any friend travelling to Japan!
