Japan-Wireless was professional, efficient and an easy way to reserve a WiFi device to use while in Japan. Will definitely use them again and have told everyone I know about Japan-Wireless. Thank you so much👍

Japan Wireless provided us with pocket wifi for our recent visit to Japan. The pick up was easy and the set up and return instructions were very easy to follow. We were very happy with the service

Very convenient and hassle free.
It's our second time to rent a device, the transaction is very smooth and we always get the device at the said pick up point with no issues. The devices are easy to use and very easy to return/mail before goin back to our country.

When we arrived at our hotel the Wireless device was waiting and we hooked it up to our two phones. For our two weeks in Japan it was flawless. The backup battery was great to have if we searched too many sites but was hardley used.

The enclosed package and envelope was perfect. At our final destination we just dropped everything in a mail box.

We will definetly use this Wireless again.

I ordered a Wi-Fi pocket for 10 days.
This is the best service I've ever seen. Favorable prices, excellent quality of services. Internet speed is amazing! We were delivered to the airport on time. The kit included a power bank and clear return instructions.
Thank you very much for the quality service.

Very useful and easy to use

Came very handy while traveling beautiful Japan. Worked flawlessly. Pickup and return was very convenient. I highly recommend this service. 👍👍

The fast delivery to the hotel and very easy return process via postbox.

During our nearly 3 week holiday in different locations we haven't had any issues with the pocket wifi.

I would have given 5 stars if I had only rented for two weeks as the unit worked perfectly for the first two weeks, however the download speed slowed during the third week ( In the same location). The help desk responded very quickly though and offered solutions ( which only helped slightly) and did offer to swap the unit. Very easy to set up. The battery lasted all day so I never used the backup battery.

Ease of pick up took under 3 minutes as we pre booked on line, never had a problem with connection and ease of drop of into the pre paid envelope at the airport the system was flawless from start to finish.
