Totally reliable cellular service. Pickup at the airport was easy. Setup was easy thanks to the manual and sim ejector. We went to 4 prefectures and several cities, never did we experience a bad connection or data limit. I highly recommend Japan Wireless.

Was able to use it throughout my trip without encountering any issues. Highly recommended!

At Narita airport , place as very difficult to find. February was much better.Plug when charging turn very hot. I used mine. It happened often.

I had no problems during my trip and I had internet during all days and the powerbank helped a lot. The cost/benefit for me was perfect!
I had some difficult to find the place to get the wi fi, but japanense people are so polite and helped me to find it.
The battery lasted all day most of the time. But it used to take a long time to recharge the battery.
And it was very easy to return the wifi.

Easy setup. Excellent WiFi connection

Everything worked fine for us. It was the third time and we will definitely use them again.

The pocket wifi was easy to use and worked 90% of the time.
It only struggled when deep underground in the subway system.

I will rent one again when I return to Japan.
