Never had any problems, worked flawlessy the 2 weeks i was in japan and was always at full speed

Excellent wifi in terms of reliability and speed, and the battery lasts the entire day.

Choose Japan Wireless because it was the only provider to send the needed router on time of arriving at the airport. On the arranged day a package was waiting for me with clear instructions and I was online within some minutes! Good price, great coverage and speed (only once in the mountains some issues but nothing serious). Recommended!

Your service made it easier for us to stay connected and find our way around while on holiday. We also appreciate the simple and convenient pick up + return procedure. We will avail of your service again next time we visit Japan!

Pick up at the airport was relatively straightforward. Set up on the phone was pretty easy, and overall use was so convenient. Next time we go to Japan, for sure will rent a wifi device again.

From de beginning until the end, they were very professionals and the Customer Support was very understanding. without any hesitation please use this company if you want to travel to Japan.
