Delivery and return of this Wi-Fi dongle went flawlessly. It was waiting for me at my Tokyo hotel with its pre-addressed and pre-stamped return envelope. I was amazed to be connected everywhere, even at 2500 meter high Takeyama.

In 2016 the experience was great and in 2018 new again, the service is perfect.

Very convenient pick-up and drop off point at the airport post office. The device was fully charged when I received it and the service worked great throughout my entire ten-day trip.

Friendly and efficient

Great service and fast Wi-Fi!

Easy to use and to deliver and return

Its great

Everything worked perfect

I’m really happy I’ve decided to rent a router during my stay in Japan. Whole process was well managed, network was available everywhere. All contacts with Japan Wireless were good. Strongly recommended.

We were 2 people running around the main cities of Japan with one Hotspot and it was working amazing all the time, even on Shinkansen, we used to cellphones, iPads and computers, at the same time, very fast, great pick up and off service, I recommend it extremely
