Had zero issues, from start to finish. They answered my queries very quickly via email and the product worked great. When I retire to Japan on vacation Japan wireless will be who I go to for my pocket WiFi

They have truly unlimited 4G. Not like others

This is the second time I have used a Japan Wireless wifi modem for traveling through Japan and it has been such an easy and reliable product to use. From having it delivered to our hotel upon arrival to posting it back at the airport, it is such an easy and clear process and the wifi was faultless throughout our stay. I would highly recommend Japan Wireless mobile Wifi for anyone looking to access the wifi throughout Japan.

Easy and so convenient. You have it at your hotel from the first moment that you arrive. No delays at all. This is a must rent wifi device if you want yo visit Japan.

Everything worked as promised on your website! Your procedures (incl mailing) worked very well, well done! Regards, Eddy Meijer

Great service and customer support, would use again.

Had everything we needed to stay connected in Japan. Excellent service and simple and easy to follow instructions.

Reliable WiFi everywhere in Japan. Battery usually OK for one day, must be charged then.
