Used this for 10 days and had no issues whatsoever. Will definitely use again when I make another trip.

Efficient and convenient. Had trouble with one unit but explained the process to reset well.

There’s a few service providers offering similar products and services. I did my usual research everything and chose Japan-Wireless and I am glad I did.
Pick up and drop off was so easy.
We traveled Japan for nearly 4 weeks, up, down, across and back again, we never had to worry about data, signal, 4G speed or battery life.
Seriously look no further.

Everything works so perfect and flawless with japan Wireless. Couldn't make it in Tokyo without it.

Exactly as annocated, the delivery was fast to the hotel in Hiroshima and the return by post to Tokyo. I recommend Wireless to anyone who needs wifi- pocket.

No issues, our wifi worked at all times, and when the battery died, we had the battery pack to charge on the go. Would always recommend Japan Wireless.

Everything great with no problems

Perfect service

Great service and was very reliable the entire trip. I will be ordering from them again my next trip.
