Because of Japan Wireless

We have used Japan Wireless over the past four years and have found it so easy to order, pick up and return. We typically pick it up at the airport post office and return it there on our departure. Japan Wireless had also been very understanding when we cancelled our order due to the super typhoon that hit last year.

Very reliable internet. Traveling from Akihabara down to Hiroshimawithin 2 weeks, I did not have any issues with service. The extra power bank is a life saver, especially when you plan on being out all day. Envelope is included so returning is very convenient.

Perfectly happy each time that we have rented a wireless WiFi router.

We used Japan Wireless mobile wifi on a recent 3 week trip that included travel to Kyoto, Yakushima and Tokyo. I was worried we would not be able to receive a signal on Yakushima due to it being a remote island, though this was not the case, we were able to connect to wifi and it was fast enough to do everything we needed to do. Very happy with the service and will use them again if we are lucky enough to travel in Japan again!

Japan Wireless was very helpful and efficient instance response, the network coverage was super which make it easy for travelers. Highly recommences to everyone.

Great all around. It was waiting at my hotel and the return process was easy. I just dropped in the mailbox at the airport with the convenient packaging they had given. It gave me great wifi throughout my whole trip.
