Very satisfied with japan wireless. Only thing is I misunderstood when I had it delivered to the hotel I thought they would deliver one day before I said I will use the gadget. I arrived afternoon of day 1 and wrote that I will use on day 2 of my trip. But the company was very responsive, they would immediately reply to all my inquiries.

Great WiFi Service! The package was waiting for me at the airport, I literally had WiFi 5 minutes after I landed. The speed was great and constant across Tokyo and Kyoto. There is an extra battery that can be used either for the WiFi device or your phone. There's also a return label you just need to post back.

I arrived late so I had the device delivered to our accommodation. It works anywhere in Japan!! Return process is also easy. Just need to drop it to a mailbox. I highly recommend this company!

Excellent service. Very convenient pick up and drop off at the airport. Coverage from Osaka to Tokyo was great. Only lost connectivity once in the mountains. I would recommend Japan Wireless to anyone traveling in Japan.
