Great for travellers.

Easy to use and charge lasted for a full day. Enough bandwidth for the whole family.

Compact and easy to use

I m still using the esim and after 17 days i have never had troubles. Recommend

Picking up from Haneda is so fast and friendly! Pre-trip instructions are down to every detail and became the least thing to worry. The location of the postal box at Narita is also spot-on. Besides, it's very easy to use and power saving, and it provides great coverage throughout major and small cities in Japan. Great deals too!

Just good things to say about Japan Wireless: good delivery service (had it delivered to my hotel) and so convenient that you can return via envelope/mail, all equipment working perfectly and no issues with signal. Always stable and fast. Sent some emails to Customer Service and they were always super quick, nice and answered all questions in an objective way.
Will for sure use again!

Your Wi-Fi device was very easy to use, provided connection everywhere! and was inconvenient to carry. We would have liked the battery life to be longer. Thank you!!!!

Wifi worked as expected. No issue with connection while I used it.

This was my second time using this service worked great while I was in Japan .
