Renting mobile WiFi by Japan Wireless is really an effortless process - you get it where you booked it in advance, you easily return it by simply dropping it in an envelope and sending by mail and most importantly - it is a great device, very reliable, helping you be online everywhere, anywhere, anytime. simply great!

Japan Wireless's Wifi is very good and I've never had an issue. Wifi is timely mailed to the designated place and easy to return.

I wish this service was available in any place on this world. This made my trío como to Japan 100 times easier as I could be connected everywhere at anytime. It was so easy to pick it at the airport or they send it to your hotel so you can pick it up when you get there.

Limitless, fast internet for multiple devices. Pick-up at the arrivals terminal, and just drop it back in any red post box. Super easy, will use their service again!

Japan wireless was perfect, picking up the device was easy and no problems. While in Japan the internet service was really fast and never had connectivity issues. Would highly recommend this service to anyone.

option of pick up and return is excellent!

Easy to use service though better description of where the post office is in the airport would be handy. We got a bit lost. Also, an email with reboot instructions as we didn't carry the leaflet with us the whole time and were trapped out without wifi with a Japanese only wifi device!
