In general, the service works very well but the battery life is quite an issue considering it does not last a complete day.. I know it has an extra battery to charge, but it should last all day without it..

The pocket wifi we rented is good. The speed of the internet is fast. The reason we gave a 4 star is the third day the pocket wifi stop working. It took me a while to call customer service. After they told me to reboot the pocket wifi is ok.

We were happy with the coverage and the speed. The WiFi device lasts for about 8 hours and the standby battery lasts about 3-4 hours. The device takes about 3-4 hours for full charge. Overall this was a good WiFi device with good price. It would be excellent if the battery lasts longer.
